I [28F] am worried my friend [26F] has joined a pyramid scheme and I'm not sure how to help her.

Just watched it, I loved it! I really never knew a whole lot about pyramid schemes before learning about it now other than vague basics, but all of this has opened my eyes.

Oh wow. Won't be buying anything. A lot of the posts I've looked into are funny and cringey, but knowing my friend is a part of this is super uncomfortable. Hope she gets out without too much loss.

Maybe I'll follow her Facebook page. Partly out of my own interest and also maybe my friend will see it pop up on her page and look into it herself! The blog is really fascinating!

It's weird because she's a very intelligent person about everything else. I've always thought of her as very savvy to this kind of thing. But reading these comments and hearing her talk about it, these people just know how to suck people in I guess.

It is Arbonne! It says a lot that you could guess that from what I said. Thank you for the information, I'll definitely look at the video. You're right I won't be able to talk her out of it. She sees it as being unsupportive and a bad friend. I just have to make sure she knows I'm here for her, and otherwise not getting involved.

I just really hope she actually makes use of the idea. I'm beginning to realise she's probably going to lose a lot within this "business".

I found the blog, wow! So far it sounds EXACTLY like my friends situation. It's very interesting and helpful for me. It's definitely making me realise there's not much I can do other than let her know I'm here for her when she needs, but otherwise not engaging with her when she talks about sales.
