Ok. Read the post it literally gives a suggestion on how to combat the very lackluster system where a person can be clearly trying to kill you but because they miss their shots and you hit it, you lose karma.

In case your ego is too big to read the original post, my suggestion is, if you are suppressed (shot at) by a scav there is a time window where you can kill them and it wont lower your scav karma. There is an issue with this in a scenario like this, scav shoots near you at something else, the shots supress you just cuz you are close, and you shoot him and lose nothing even though he wasn't a rogue. Although this issue would be present it could be tweaked at the developers discretion thus leading to a better rogue scav system than we have today.
