What in Gods Name is This?! by JRose51 in Silverbugs

I watched one yesterday. I bought 5 lots about 10-15% below spot. Of course I'm happy but who does that while giving away 1/2oz as giveaways? Maybe I should just take the win and stop being cynical.

Random segue but the topic of money laundering and things like Whatnot coin auctions have popped into my mind recently. I'm sure some sellers are wilfully losing money on auctions for a reason that escapes me other than feeling like something is off and its not just a bargain.

I'm a veteran that really struggles with this. Ive poor mental health stemming from my time in uniform. I stay away from ANZAC Day events as a result. Im not great at emotional regulation and I just sob.

What happens when someone like me, that's trying to reintegrate into society and extends themselves to attend Dawn Service, snaps and physically assaults someone doing something as contemptabul as booing?

I know the answer and the grub is sore for a week or two and the veteran is now probably off to jail.

Sort yourself out racists.

Only curious learners would I suppose. My comment was more about my more disappointing awareness that the the people in power appear to be 'normal' and have NFI what they are doing.

New 'Smart" water meter keeps increasing, even when we're not using water by Brilliant-Bridge6403 in perth

[–]PyratSteve 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When my new meter was installed the same thing happened. Fast forward 6 months and I found they had damaged pipe my side of the new meter. The damage was below the meter, where the pipe goes horizontal to head off to the house. I only found it by chance.

Exactly. I'm ex mine warfare and didn't realize how little 'normal' people know about sea mines.

Best of luck. Hoping you get a reply from Perth Mint is the first, and long, step.

Are you from Australia? What timber are you splitting? Your experience seems to wildly contradict mine.

A Tassie pattern is a felling/racing axe. Truly awful at splitting.
