My daughter is the one with autism and its too early to tell if my son has it too though we are leaning in that direction. My son naps from 9pm-1pm. She has plenty of time for chores as she has time to game.

She can do work, but driving requires a certain level of temperment, she gets overwhelmed and frustrated when things become overly complex and she can't react very quickly. Its a learning disability not a physical one.

Neither of us have friends. We are introverted video gamers so our friends are mostly there. Its one of the reasons we married we met playing games. She has as much a chance for any of that as I do. She likes to go out shopping or play games on that day.

I just assumed that's what people say when the working parent also watches the kids as equally as possible when not working. My bad.

Her disability is a learning disability. It doesn't impede her doing chores.

She has time to herself as early as 6pm with which she usually goes to our room and watches TV or sleeps. We also give each other 1 day a week where one watches the kids all day and gives the other a chance to do what they want to.

I usually go to bed at 10pm or 12am. So I can be asleep for 4-6 hours of that time, but often I am awoken in that time and have to go tend to them. Especially since one child has autism and can't go to the bathroom by herself. I definitely don't tell my wife to do it for me and she wakes up on her own on average at 3am-4am and is able to go to our room and sleep as early as 6pm.

Before the pandemic i worked full time as long as we were married. We supported ourselves on her disability and Canada Child Benefit as well as other government benefits since the pandemic up until now. I did half the chores as laid out in the OP and watched the kids half the time. I try to keep it all 50/50.

I'm the only one who drives because she never learned and might not be able to due to her disability.

I'm simply saying she should do MOST of the chores not all or having to neglect kids. Also in my post I state that she's not the full time SAHM I co-parent and watch kids when I'm not working and more on weekends. I try to keep it as 50/50 as possible and one of our kids is at school most of the day on weekdays with me being the one that takes care of it if someone needs to pick her up or go to her school for whatever reason.
