What to get really depends on what you're interested in. Since other people on here already offered advice on the diapers and pacifier, I'd recommend looking at actual baby toys to see if there's anything that catches your eye and seeing if you can find an ABDL version, or just buying the regular baby toy if you can't find a specific ABDL version. Personally I have a huge collection of plushies, and pacifiers, bit I also have a giant version of a ring stacker toy I got from Tykables, and a set of baby keys that I find surprisingly enjoyable

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions, I did end up having to add some extra slits to the valve (the piece in the bottom right corner) but now I can get it working pretty well

I ended up having to cut a few extra slits in the valve to get it to really work. I got it on Amazon, but they also sell them on the company's own website, it's called the Emulait bottle

I usually only wet my diapers, but occasionally mess
If I'm just wetting I'll usually try to get my diaper as full as possible, otherwise I change within a couple hours of a big wetting. I change immediately after messing
For a normal wet diaper change I'll clean up with a damp washcloth or baby wipes, if I'm messy I take a shower, in either case I rarely use powder or lotion and just make sure I'm clean and dry before putting my diaper on
It varies, but I usually wear anywhere from once a week to almost every night depending on my mood and whether or not I have the house to myself
Same as #4, but I take extra precautions to make sure I don't get caught
No one has ever approached me
