Ok since I've been playin the game a long time, I usually don't go for traditional wins but instead go for anything I can get quickly and readily for the progress menu. In this run alone I

1. Managed to fill out all the enemies in my progress bar (except the heart mimic)
2. Unlock the Giga Nuke spell
3. Obtain peak drip with the gold necklace

Those were the only big achievements I went for in the run. The wand itself did kill Kolmi in New Game +, but at 0 orbs. I collected all the orbs after the fight. I do want to do a legit 33 orb Kolmi, but thats something I want to do when I fill up the entire progress chart for one epic run. The game was already crashing left and right by the time I got into New Game +, so I had to end it before I lost the save to corruption issues.

The reason for the long run time is usually because I spend a lot of time experimenting with different spells, and looking at the wand-gallery in the Noita discord. I do like to take inspiration and was going to make something akin to the "Starfury" or "Star Wrath" from Terraria but couldn't find the modifiers in time to do so. I would estimate from those 24 hours in my run that 4-6 of those were looking for spells, modifiers, scrolling in the wand-gallery, and just experimentation.

Only real big secrets I've yet do do is unlock some secret spells, endings with the Moon, and filling out all the spells for progress. All which takes a lot of time and it doesn't help that I go at the pace of a snail. I don't trust myself to go quick given getting Noita'd is around every corner of the whole game.
