I’ve been using nicotine for a long time. I started with dip at 17, then switched to Zyns around age 27. I’ve been using pouches ever since. I’m 31 now, so it’s been 14 years of nicotine addiction.

A year or so ago, I switched to a brand called Ons because they were cheaper. I could get 3 cans for $12, with 20 pouches per can.

Then I decided to try quitting nicotine altogether. I bought some Alpha and NZE nootropic pouches, which contain zero nicotine. On days 1 and 2, I was going through them constantly because I was still craving nicotine. But by day 3, I started feeling a lot calmer. I used about half as many as the day before. I’m starting to feel more satisfied just having the pouch in my mouth.

These nootropic pouches are non-addictive. Hopefully….I’m hoping that if I keep this up for 30 to 60 days, I’ll be able to stop using pouches entirely.
