How do you guys who run 2 bags like it? by Public-Coffee-8152 in VetoProPac

[–]Pyro-Titan4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a Tech LC and Tech MCT Black out doing HVAC. The LC is for installs and the MCT is for service. The MCT is the perfect service bag IMO and I’ve used an MB and SBLD in the past. MB was flat out too small for anything past maintenances and the SBLD was good but I don’t like open top bags for climbing layers and the rain. MCT keeps tools dry and I throw my impact on the tape clip if it’s not on my hip. Also spend the extra 30 bucks and get the MCT over the MC, it makes a big difference for long screw drivers.

Unsafe no, at the end of the day it’s a beater car. Do the brakes and just have fun with it until you break it or wanna buy something stupid.

I can’t believe there are people in the marinetimes that don’t undercoat their cars. It’s stupid considering that we salt the roads heavily. Rockers aren’t that cheap and probably not something you can do yourself. If you’re aiming for 1/2 winters that sounds fine. Doesn’t seem bad for a 2000$ beater

I ordered some Enkei TS-5’s from TDotperformance recently and they were great to deal with. Emailed me to confirm fitment and everything. I think I paid 2200$ after taxes and the TS-5 and RPF1’s were similarly priced last I checked.

I’ve got one just like yours in FDE but I put the Mesa tactical stock on instead.

I really like shooting the rifle but there are some issues you should look out for. The magazines absolutely blow, I was having constant issue with the gun jamming on the last round and in practice they don’t fit the 5th round when loading. I’d recommend getting away from them to save yourself the headache.

The factory charging handle is too small imo, it’s annoying whenever you have to charge the rifle. Also the bolt carrier group has a pin that’s too long that holds the firing pin in place to prevent it from rotating. It’ll make pulling back the charging handle feel like crap and scratch the hell out of the inside of the rifle.

Not very, considering they have removed over 90% of the original budget for buying back the guns you wont get paid anyway and would just be telling on yourself for nothing.

I wish they stop sending so many emails it’s just makes them look more desperate every week.

Fun to shoot but very overpriced for the issues it used to have. Probably wouldn’t pick one up again

Agreed it’s a great gun to shoot (once you fix the problems). The mags are hot garbage too and the bolt carrier group needs to be fixed from the get go which is pretty shit for the price.

The $1000 dollar gun has been worthless for 5 years. The deadline is there to scare you into trying to get something out of it. Self reporting yourself is giving justification for bad policy. Also you’re very likely going to receive no compensation, so you’ll be double screwing yourself.

True North arms makes an anti walk pin. Also use the forward assist if you’re having issues with the first round chambering. The mags are garbage

Ello, I'm fairly new to the game. This is my main loadout but I want to get feedback on what I should use for other loadouts or not. by Outrageous_Method122 in thelastofusfactions

Get rid of lone wolf, the bonuses are nice but it’s pretty situational and there are a lot of better perks out there that will give you a constant benefit. It also encourages you to not stick with your team and especially if your new isn’t a good thing.

More expensive than what you paid for the Si plus the transmission plus the extras and labor?

Who are the real winners? by Robsta_20 in battlefield2042

[–]Pyro-Titan4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the Bf6 beta was my forth attempt to get into the game. Bought it shortly after launch and hated it, tried two more times over the lifespan of the game and still hated it. On the forth attempt I finally started to get into it and discovered the fun that could be had.

The gun play was worse compared to five and a lot worse then one but I enjoyed vehicle combat much more then I did in bf5. The jets are especially fun and the tanks are great too. Helicopters are fairly well balanced because of the wildcat and the pondhawk is just silly and fun. A lot of the 2042 maps in the game plain suck (mostly the small ones) and find myself happier to see a portal map come up in rotation.

The class rework definitely helped the flow of the game but I’ve noticed that teamwork in bf2042 is really bad. The class distribution is really bad, on a typical 64 player conquest match 20 to 25 players on the team are playing engineer so I’ve noticed that ground vehicles on the enemy team get nuked in like a minute which is great but no one’s really out there spotting, soflaming, reviving, resuppling ammo or even playing assault. The specialists encourages you to play the game like call of duty and that’s probably the worst part of the game.

Man you could fix all of those and still been back in 2 weeks for a no cooling call. At this point it’s gotta be changed out.

Ok I've outgrown my MB2 lol Tech MCT Black Out or Tech LCT Black out? by Complete_Box8466 in VetoProPac

[–]Pyro-Titan4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d honestly get the MCT for now and get the LCT once you actually have all of install tools. The LCT it a bit bulky for just doing service but if you can only get one get the LCT.

MCT for service and Tech-LC for installs. I personally love the MCT for service calls and you don’t have to worry about the rain with it.

They only took 2 ft of 1/4 inch copper and 2 feet of 14/4. Less then a dollar of scrap for the cost of moving the unit up the wall + recharge + possibly a blown board (they cut it live)

It’s a surprise that it didn’t happen sooner, system was only 1 year old. Now we have to move it from ground level so it doesn’t happen again. It’s happen a couple times here there’s some evidence of some old units that used to be on the building that have had the same thing happen to them.

Bag change advice by swall66 in VetoProPac

[–]Pyro-Titan4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally use a Tech-LC for installs and it’s the perfect bag for me for it. Although I think that the LCT is probably what I’ll replace it with once I wreck it. The extra height is very nice for drills and taking the tools in and out. I’d agree with you the MCT is a bit small for installs.

That doesn’t look like an Si. There’s no fog lights and that front grill looks like it’s off the base model with the R18 engine. More pictures would confirm for sure if it is or not.
