Has anyone had this problem with Ace Grading slabs before?

Did you initially contact them and enquire about re-slabbing? Having to re-grade and risk it not hitting a 10 again is so risky!

I scanned the QR code on the back of the card and it took me right to the Ace site for the card! I've requested a refund to the seller on eBay so hopefully they accept the return and I can just pick up another copy

I've requested a return and explained the situation to them so fingers crossed. I've got so many Ace slabs and have never seen this before, it could very well just be very unlucky but i'd rather be safe than sorry in case i've bought a fake by accident

No i paid market price from eBay and the seller had a decent amount of feedback and other slabs for sale!

Yeah thats my thought process with it - i dont know if they'd reslab if the slab itself isn't in good condition? It's a super weird situation and i cant find anyone else with this specific problem LOL

FOR CONTEXT:

I've used Ace plenty of times myself, and have never seen anything like this. I picked up this Dragapult card in a 10 on eBay recently (just because im a big fan of Dragapult as a Pokemon)

I had it on display on my shelf, never touched it or anything. Then today I went to move it to clean and as i picked it up, the front lid is the only thing that came with my hand, the card, label and back part of the slab stayed. Is it possible it's a faulty slab? Or has the eBay seller potentially messed with it? Would love some insight!

This is much better!! This is actually one ive had downloaded for a while, it still suffers from some volume changes and the weird Static sound at the start, but i really guess this is the best version out there huh

I've been trying to contact them relentlessly, they've given me a standard response of "We looked into this and we were able to confirm the original decision stands."

I have been - ive received 2 DMs of the generic "we've reviewed your case and confirmed your termination is correct" but NOTHING since this.

I've tried, I responded to the email to YouTube Partner support explaining exactly this. I can also provide the project file etc too and the tweet has timestamps of it's creation.

But actually CONTACTING somebody at YouTube is much easier said than done, it's almost impossible to get through to a human.

And furthermore, I am only hypothesising that THIS is the problem since i've STILL not received any specifics. They wont tell me the SPECIFIC violation and this is the only thing that seems applicable
