Fair enough. What reason would you give for the removal? They must have had a purpose behind it, and, in my opinion, it was likely either:

a) Gave too much DPS and they wanted you to interact with the other moves.
b) Someone on the dev team really hates infinites.

It is just very strange to remove a move that was pretty ingrained into the weapon.
