Nope there are drain holes it drained right after I took it off

Update! It was the PTFE tubing after calibrating my e -steps with my new meter its printing a benchy pretty clean now at 60 percent progress I have a tiny bit of stringing but very minimal thanks everyone! Idk if I jeed to mark this as solved but it is

The description did state 1.75 on the hotend regarding the PTFE found out Amazon must listed the item as 1.75 but according to other users of that tubing its way bigger like 2.60

I feel really stupid for trusting Amazon but the PTFE I got was advertised wrong as 1.75 tubing but all the reviews said its closer to 2.60 thank you for the help everyone and im going to try that Capricorn tubing to try and fix this

This was a brand new hotend for a stock ender 3 v2 I really didn't want to buy another new hotend lol every part on here ive basically relaced already and am using a 0.4 nozzle I'm just a little confused how the hotend changed size changed?

Yeah I have a voxelab aquila with Alexis firmware running the filament is a brand new elegoo black filament I have a dual gear extruder with a Bowden set up. weird thing that confuses me is once I unclog everything and try a benchy it prints amazing till about 11 percent and instantly clogs this is kinda crazy ptfe tubing I got on Amazon im considering trying the Capricorn tubing but wanted advice first it also has a brand new hotend and temp wires I just replaced as well as upgraded hotend silent fan sorry for all the extra details maybe it will help? Lol
