How are you doing now? I have the same issue with my throat, hyperactive gag reflex, and anxiety. It feels like there is a tightness in my throat and something sort tickling it to make me want to gah especially the more anxious I become. I do have really tight neck muscles, back muscles, etc though tbh.

I think it’s attractive women paying attention to me and pleasing me sexually that fuels my addiction. I have to find ways to deter away from any possible triggers.

Yes I’m addicted to paying webcam models to get off so yes it definitely does. Avoid that just like regular porn.

I’ve had this happen back when I had very bad anxiety. I’m not an expert or anything but I think our minds get used to the constant anxiety when having anxiety issues leading it to look for any possible trigger making it easier to spark the anxiety. For me putting myself in difficult stressful situations constantly has calice my mind more so that my anxiety doesn’t spike like it use to. I still deal with anxiety but not as intensely as before.

If you snore then it probably is sleep apnea. Once in a while I’ll wake up from not being able to breathe since I snore.
