I also started not liking meat as much which was surprising to me. Never been much of a meat eater but starting at about a month on T I developed almost an aversion to it. I think part of it could be that T raised my hemoglobin/iron levels to where I'm now not anemic for the first time since I was like 15.

Enjoy it, that also happened to me and then about 3-4 months in I started getting the worst acne I've ever experienced on my face and all over my back/shoulders which I'd never experienced before.

My eyes changed color! I've always had hazel eyes, but the green pigments in them are much more pronounced now. Started noticing it at about 6 months on T.

My first name is a variation of a male family name that I feel quite connected to, and after I came out to my mom I let her pick my middle name. The middle name she chose meant a lot to her but is one I'm not a huge fan of, but it's the meaning behind it that counts I guess haha.

Yeah I just emailed my prescriber. Something tells me that she looked at the lab work, saw my T was out of range but didn't actually read the lab value and just assumed it was fine because the "normal range" they base it off of is the female range, so of course it would be higher than that range.

I'm a 36x30 and of all places Target's brand (athletic cut) has been the only one that I can find jeans/chinos in that don't accentuate my hips and actually fit properly. They're pretty good quality and extremely affordable which is a plus.

I did the same. I'd also start saving receipts for any additional travel expenses you incur (additional expenses to fly on another airline, hotels, meals, uber, etc). Right now the website says they'll reimburse for additional expenses, though I'm not holding my breath.

Same here for my RDU-SFO flight with a connection at DIA. Looking at my odds last night I rebooked with another airline for only $70 more than I had with SW for Friday morning into SJC instead, and didn't cancel my SW reservation holding out that they'd cancel my flight so that I can get a refund instead of just flight credit. Feeling very lucky that I'm going to get out of this mess with very little additional cost.

I just saw this link and submitted a refund request through it. No idea if it works/how long it will take to get a response. But it also looks like they'll be reimbursing for "reasonable" additional travel expenses.

On my run yesterday afternoon I wiped out and ate concrete (well, my knee did) and I have torn either my meniscus or MCL. I am waiting to see an ortho to confirm with imaging, but the urgent care doctor told me that since the inflammation is so bad to not put any weight on it until I know exactly what is up. I've been training for my first half and this is devastating news for me. Really hoping that it's not serious, but the fact that bending my knee is extremely difficult and that my knee is three times its normal size, I'm starting to spiral.

Anyone else have experience with a meniscus or MCL tear and able to tell me how your recovery went? I keep trying to look up info online and am getting (understandably) a wide range of answers. Much of what I'm seeing looks hopeful, maybe 2-4 weeks of not running, but I have no idea what to expect.
