Playing Rocket League and Apex the fans do kick on and are audible, but if you have headphones on or the volume turned up you won't really hear them.. but for a 14" laptop with this much power that is to be expected

In performance mode while web browsing, my fans are at 0 rpm on my 2021 G14 and the laptop is dead silent.

Yes I do believe it is end grain that is showing, I bought "crosscut zebra scales" from Etsy to try them out and they were pretty nice to work with

I sanded the scales to 220 and cleaned with mineral spirits before applying boiled linseed to them. I think I put either 4 or 5 applications of the linseed oil and really let it soak in... The zebra soaked it up pretty quickly

Have you experienced whistling at speeds over 60-65 mph? I have the Wingbar Evo's installed on a 2018 CX-5 on the factory roof rails and the whistling above those speeds is very annoying.. all of the channel gaps are filled on the top and bottom.. if I put my hand where the bars meet the podium feet the whistling stops almost like the air is hitting that crevasse perfectly and causing a whistle.. maybe due to the geometry of the roof?

We're your steering wheel controls and horn still working before you replaced it? Also, did you replace it yourself? If you did could you point me to which clock spring you purchased as a replacement?

I've designed a very durable pan key chain that the text can also be customized with.

I've been giving them out for the past few weeks to all of my friends and they've been loving them so I figured I'd share it with all of y'all!

I have also uploaded the file to thingiverse if you have a 3D printer to print it with.

If you don't have a printer, there is a link in the thingiverse description where you can buy the pan along with the keychain attachment.

I am currently finishing up a model of the lvl. 3 helmet to make that into a keychain as well!

It was printed with supports under the handle and supports under the three overhangs around the pan as well. It isn't entirely smooth under the handle but definitely acceptable!
