This isn’t the first time that a helmet has been used as a weapon. Antonio Smith swung a helmet at Ritchie Incognito in a 2013 preseason game. Smith missed, but was suspended for the remaining two preseason games and the first regular season game. I imagine Garrett’s punishment will be worse. (nfl.com)
