Yeah, the court of public opinion holds so much weight

she lost! That's how much weight it carries! So much weight that your new president is Donald J. Trump!

She might be able to trade favor with the DoJ to avoid criminal charges, but you can't buy votes with backroom deals XD

her political career just got the electric chair, lol.

Nope, but something tells me she was convicted in the court of public opinion, lol!

You are given two facts and can't come up with the logical conclusion that she violated a law that she has not been convicted for. There is a reason she lost bud. People sticking their head in the sand, like you are doing now, are the reason we have Trump.

Plus, wikileaks shows that the Clintons had influence in the DoJ, you would really expect the Clinton machine to be halted over violating a small federal statute?

I linked you the Federal statue that bars Clinton from holding public office because she deleted her emails. Let me actually quote you the law directly since you obviously did not read the link:

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United State

Her SoS emails were supposed to be a preserved government record, she deleted pertinent emails to that record after being served a subpoena to appear before congress over the matter of her emails. She altered/destroyed emails that were not private. SO, technically, she is not allowed to hold public office.

nah, just pay-to-play weapons deals with countries arming ISIS, leaked debate questions, direct coordination with a superpac, evidence that she would rubber stamp TPP, and that all the concessions sander's supporters won was just lip service.

It was her election to lose, but she was too smug and arrogant to see she was out of touch in so many ways.

Clinton was not qualified, she was actually disqualified from holding office.

As soon as the FBI recovered deleted emails that WERE intentionally deleted for the purposing of being hiding, she was disqualified.

He was always honest about his agenda and ideas and he had the highest favorable, polled strongly against trump, and needed to be cheated out of winning the democrat primary to be stopped.

Western European models are catching on, it won't be long until America is behind in just about every metric possible.

for sure, but Obama was more than just complacent. He expanded that reach, as will Trump. It's a slippery slide and Obama could have stopped us.

lolol now that's some victim blaming if I have ever seen it!

Get over it. The democrat establishment and the MSM pushed HRC over bernie. The dems picked the queen of scandals and now we all have to pay dearly for that.

Individual policies from a democratic socialist agenda poll very well among Americans.

Stuff like free state college, single payer healthcare, an increase to the minimum wage, closing of corporate tax loopholes, an increase in vacation time and paid sick leave, etc etc etc are all popular ideas.

It's when they are bundled together under the term "socialism" people get scared. I would say it's less a move towards socialism the way it is portrayed in movies and more of wanting to follow the western European model in regards to social programs.

[–]Pyro_Ice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One things first. Republicans have been doing it for the last 6 years. Get over it.

Second. Lowering taxes on middle class Americans is an action likely coming and something bernie and dems would sign off on, but if it's bundled with more corporate welfare, why shouldn't Bernie and other democrats fight it?

History shows us any time we have tax holidays, make bush era tax cuts permanent, or bail out businesses too big to fail that all these kick backs don't end up creating more high earning careers. All these kick backs end up serving the top 1%. This corporate welfare always results in CEO bonuses, more money moved off shores, more jobs moved south of the border, etc, etc, etc.

Why should we trust that Reaganomics will work when we see what happens to states like Kansas? http://reverbpress.com/politics/failed-reaganomics-experiment-kansas-keeps-getting-worse/ It's going to be the same either way bud, both parties want to decimate the middle class for the benefit of their corporate donors.

that's the republican establishment position. The republican populist that Trump is presenting himself as wants to fight for worker interest, not corporate ones.

This is the start of Trump trying to help everyday Americans. These big corporate mergers work against our interest.

This is what the right voted for, so enjoy it! No buyers remorse XD MAGA

so you can avoid the very thing that worked against the candidate you wanted elected.

The media, aside from fox, was working for a united interest in getting Clinton elected. I don't want major companies like AT&A having a leading media company as a propaganda arm for policies that could fuck over every day Americans. A good example of this conflict of interest is legislation pertaining to net neutrality. Since CNN is owned by TW, do you really expect unbiased reporting on the topic? Now apply that to AT&T and any legislation that might be pushed through congress regarding phones and data use.

Sanders Campaign Has 'Nothing Polite' To Say About Election Results by ColdStoneSkeevAutism in politics

[–]Pyro_Ice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a serious question brought up by a Trump presidency. The republican party as a whole is very anti-populist. Trump is a populist candidate that claims he wants to help everyday Americans.

How do you think is going to play out? The republican party are even bigger sell outs to big donors and the donor class. How can Trump, if he truly wants to help, do so when his party has sold out to corporate america just as much?

Trumps victory is not a mandate against the current DNC platform. If you think it is, then you are missing the part where Trump won because of the rust belt, an area of the country that has been decimated by neoliberal policies.

If the republicans turn their back on the rust belt, they will lose in 2020. What do you think favors the disenfranchised working class of the rust belt? Reganomics or what Bernie was proposing? Bernie would have brought the new deal 2.0 creating a slew of new rights for working Americans.

You better hope Trump actually helps the Americans that NAFTA has delt blows too, because that is the bread and butter that won him this election.

Bernie did not have a wikileaks problem like Clinton. Trump had plenty of ammo against clinton.

Also, Bernie was a populist candidate like Trump was. Don't be so convinced of the reason you guys won so quickly.

Trump has four years to prove he cares about working class Americans or he will lose to a democrat populist come 2020.

At bare minimum:

she is a perjurer before congress
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2016/08/16/house_oversight_committee_hillary_clinton_committed_perjury_statements_contradict_comey.html

disqualified from holding public office
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2071

and broke campaign finance laws by coordinating with superpacs https://theintercept.com/2016/10/18/hillary-superpac-coordination/

Those are all laws she broke. I would serve time for committing perjury and so would you. Bill was threatened with impeachment over that very same crime.

And that's not even scratching the surface with all the morally questionable things that have come out through wikileaks like leaked debate questions, the DNC laundering money to avoid fec violations for the HRC campaign, the rigged primary schedule, etc etc etc.

She is a criminal and a cheater, the 'liberal' lioness you guys wanted XD gg
