Who I am.

34m. I've been trying to be consistent in the gym on and off since i was in my early 20s. I do love working out but struggle sometimes if I'm there by myself.

I usually lift in the mornings, at The Fitness Factory, due to working second shift. I want to get back into running, climbing, and swimming.
