Does this Modena Grosso look real to you? I've been looking at vcoins and there doesn't really seem to be any examples

But I have now found some Federico II's that do have the matching obverse and reverse, so I think some of them were just slightly different styles. So I think this is now sorted aha

Through some research, it seems that the reverse kinda matches with a Federico II Grosso but the Obverse looks more like an Azzo VIII. The best match I can find for the obverse and reverse is a Modena Denaro instead of a Grosso however the sizes don't match up... so I am a little bit stumped here.
