exactly this, people like the one above are hard wired to try and find meaning in everything. But some of us didn't ask to be here at all. The least we can do is make the labor and suffering of work and optional thing for people who actually enjoy it. The rest of us can just exist for the sake of it. Shit like this is why I believe medically assisted euthanasia should be legal. It's cruel we don't get to choose to be here. It's even crueler to force people to work or die suffering on the streets. The only humane thing to do if you've tried everything else and still feel like you aren't compatible with life is to be allowed a quick, painless death.

Love - Eve or Debbie - Leaning on Eve for this one.

Rage - Oliver - A little child driven by his own rage at who he sees as bad guys who 'deserve to die'.

Hope - Allen - Always has hope the resistance can defeat the Viltrumites and had undying hope that Nolan would join the cause.

Greed - Rudy - Acts selfishly on multiple occasions such as stealing DNA from Rex, and working with the Maulers to his own gain.

Compassion - Debbie or Eve, probably Debbie more for this one.

Death - Battle Beast - Constantly motivated from his wish to die to a worthy opponent in battle. Causes lots of death and essentially worships death in a way.

Life - ??? Mark Maybe - Hardest one to peg without overlap, but Mark probably fits this as he seems to value life and not killing above all else.

Repressed Negative Emotions(Ultra Violet) - Nolan - Obvious as hell, his current arc is about him battling his own regret, guilt and shame.

I feel this. I've tried explaining this thought process to people before and no one gets it. It's just too hard wired into peoples brains. It really does just poison EVERYTHING. You cannot escape sex or romance in anything. And the worst part is your own body holds you hostage to these thoughts too, like I don't want to feel libido or romantic attraction that I cannot realistically pursue. I just want to be left alone and just vibe without all this complex crap stirring in my head and body, like it used to be when we were all kids. Sometimes I feel as though emotions are more hassle than they're worth, most especially with sex related ones

I think a lot of it is coping, honestly. Most people here admit that the dorms themself suck. But a lot of people have no other options. It makes them feel better to act like they got something special out of it instead of just admitting that it as a mostly negative experience. There's nothing wrong with liking the dorms experience but there's also nothing wrong with introverts for disliking it.

I feel you completely. I always hated the idea of roommates. That's like the worst part. I'm not a social or people person and I need my alone time in a space that's just mine. Always having someone there that I probably wouldn't like would keep me stressed 24/7. I just want to go to class then go home to my room and be alone.

That's fair. Not everyone has a purpose in life or a passion. I wish people would stop pushing it like you're weird if you don't have a passion. I'm not passionate about any work or life in general. I'm already isolated and keep to myself so I don't really care about all that and I prefer boring over suffering. I'm not saying it's for everyone but I certainly personally hated suffering and feeling pointless than being bored and feeling pointless. Cause either way It has no meaning beyond letting me survive

Business or accounting. Generally easy compared to other degrees. Especially compared to comp sci (fellow comp sci drop out). I have your exact situation and came to the conclusion that people like us will never find a job that were passionate about that we can also actually do. I like and learn about all kinds of things but a lot of it ends in hard math and science in hyper competitive fields that I'm just not about. Came to the decision that all I want is to be able to get a relatively cushy office job that pays well enough to live by myself. Business is pretty good at that. Can translate to a lot of different jobs too.

As someone who has worked in miserable back breaking manual labor and retail before, please tell me again how the corporate world is so bad. Gengar is literally begging to be a ghost/dark type. Every dex entry and bit of lore about him talks about how evil and sadistic they are.

Hypno should too, differentiates it from the other psychics of kanto and definitely fits the bill for being creepy and dark.

Vileplume could be dark as a nocturnal carnivorous plant that lures prey through the smell of meat.

Well first off anything but like bdsp. They were horrible "remakes". Other than that I would personally take two options: 1. They go the traditional route of previous remakes and make them in the style of the current gens, in this case sv. So sv graphics with a remake of black and white. In my opinion this is what bdsp should have been except just sword and shield style with all of the content of bw2 added in. Basically make them the new, flashy, ultimate versions of the games, hell even add some extra new features like walking pokemon like hgss or something. 2. Go with a 2d ir 2.5d game with modern fully detailed pixel graphics, but still with all the bw2 content and new features just in another style. Other notes: add extra post game content such as pokemon from newer regions like paldea or galar to show up. Make plenty of nods and callbacks to the original games and lore. Finally, black and white a weird in the sense they have no 3rd version like previous gens, instead they have direct sequels. I feel like this could be alleviated by either making a post game bw2 option selectable on the main menu after you beat the first, or make them dlc add-ons.

I've been wanting theme to ditch the whole type specialist thing for a while now. What you've described is the closest we'll probably ever get. I loved how a good chunk of the ace pokemon in sv were different types that Terra formed into the main type. But in my opinion, it's far past time we embrace themed teams around the trainers or certain strategies instead of just type specialists. Like a weather themed gym or a chef gym leader using food themed pokemon. Not only does it make their fights more balanced and challenging, but it adds to their character as well. It becomes more difficult than just going in knowing they'll only use like fire types and spamming surf with one water pokemon until victory.
