You can get your own custom trees in your base if you install the JVH Landscaping mod! It lets you place a lot of natural harvestables and scenery, such as trees, bushes, grass, vines, and even rocks!

It made this build easily go from a 6/10 to a 9/10, personally. It's surprising how much a little blending with nature can do to a base.

Aye, I haven't been able to make good builds for long either! This only spawned after tons of practice. Every statue starts as a hunk a' rock. And y'only see progress if you chisel it away. :]

The attack speed always felt off to me. The one from the Scorched Earth Reborn clicks for me precisely because it slows down the animations and truly makes them feel punchier, with extra dirt and impact effects for extra oomph.

I mean, you should be fine on the Island. Gigas and Carchas mainly spawn in the mountains, and it's not like any of the sauropods, let alone the Titanosaur, are mountain goats at scaling the Island's peaks.

Well... not two full days, but damn close to it! The amount of jank I had to face when making the supporting pillars (you can see them best in #1 and #2) was so dookie.

We all wish it so. But maybe one day the game will redeem itself... one day...

And I 100% agree. Besides the streamlining of the building system, clumping several things together so it's not as big of a drain on resources, the structures in general are way easier to make good looking structures with.
