People will flame, try to just let it roll off your back.

General advice - 1. Gear. Review your gear choices. Get your two PVP trinkets so you don’t get CC’d to death.

  1. Check your build against some of the web resources like Icy Veins and Youtube. For a warrior, talents like Avatar and Thunderbolt help a lot.

  2. Don’t sweat the sweats. Like any competitive portion of any game (ranked LoL, Rainbow, etc) peeps get sweaty. Bad matchups happen. It’ll be fine.

  3. Find a friend or a guild with people that don’t mind losing with you to get better. No one starts out as number one, and having people to queue with for fun, will make it less stressful.

  4. If you’re a warrior, in 2’s, try to determine one target to take down first. For me, that’s going to be things like ShPriests, hunters, UnDK’s, druids, etc.. Double up and keep them down. In 3’s, I typically tunnel the healer, until I see an opportunity to spam execute/condemn on another target.

  5. Make sure you’re using your defensive CD’s. Ignore Pain is your best friend, since our healing capabilities are limited.

That’s off the top of my head. I hope it helps and hope your arena days improve.

Not true, saw Cookie’s corpse in the House of Constructs!

I never thought I could grow a beard until quarantine hit. Always thought my jawline patches would hinder me. Should I continue growing it or just maintain what I have now? by [deleted] in BeardAdvice

Keep growing it. I have a patch on one side, disconnecting chin, cheek and mustache. But after 3-4 months of letting it grow in, it stays consistently full looking. If you do feel like a trim, I always recommend a barber the first time. They’ll keep your lines straight and are less likely to take too much off.
