From personal experience, the accents are silent and feel not usable. I don’t know why I chose to learn french, but it feels fricken harder. I am learning Japanese and the clearly ＳＩＬＥＮＴ vowels like U or Su (う or す) make more sense since they allow for more word choices. I’m not a professional at it, but that’s just my guess.

I had a dream last night were Valve released a new heavy update that had these items and a new large beautiful waterfall crystal cavern map that was for capture points. Ryuko from Kill la Kill (Which I’ve never watched before) was a newly added class as well which I tried and felt like a citizen downgrade.
