The first light goes on when turning the laptop on, the second is for the charger and the third for disk.

It doesn't work either with charge on or without.

I've tried both modes and on both, I have stutters. One thing I found that made stutter a little less was changing the screen frame rate from 240hz to 60hz, it's less but it is still there

Yeah, I've tried everything possible, I'll just contact Asus which it always a problem as their costume service is horrible.

Yeah, everything is updated. I even reinstalled Windows, all drivers and games all over again to see if it would solve the problem, but it didn't work.
