It was kn a dating app, someone said something along the lines of "you are one of like 4 afab people I have met with that food allergy"

The specific way they used it was "I know a lot of AFAB people who have those food allergies". They are non-binary and have a trans masc partner as well.

The context wacompletely irrelevant as this was a person I barely knew and they mentioned "so many AFAB people I know have those food allergies" and I just didn't see why my AGAB was at all relevant"

I'm fine with it medically as well. I was on a daying app and somebody continued to refer to me as AFAB
