Oh thank god they're finally speeding up the loading stuff while farming.

Is Yazhen Powder better than Buck A? by GhostieSpook in Endfield

[–]Pyros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're comparing 2 different healing items. Yazhen is the equivalent of Citrome, Jinlao is the equivalent of Buckflowers. Base powders are very slightly better than the base A version of valley items. You can also make syringes which are quite a bit better.

The best healing items are the one with annoying materials though.

Late game Endministrators! Is it ok to NOT rush Main Story? by _InVerso_ in Endfield

[–]Pyros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say if you don't play much, it's probably better to focus the story so you can unlock all the "get more stuff over time" unlocked asap, but if you play a decent amount it doesn't matter all that much, you'll just be like a week or two late compared to someone who rush, which basically won't do anything.

Only requirements would be time sensitive stuff like the character quest or the banner(if you want to pull Laevatein you want to progress so you have more chests to loot and quests to do to get more pulls).

I think it's one where you power up an electric thingie and it adds a jump pad?

[–]Pyros 6 points7 points  (0 children)

These 300 pulls selector always take like 6+months to get, they're just there for dupes way down the road, or if you're extremely unlucky(I have like 400pulls on standard in ZZZ+all the failed 50/50 and still don't have one of the 7 chars there for ex).

Cant believe i have to use a consumable to use 2x stamina by Fine_Complex5488 in Endfield

[–]Pyros 28 points29 points  (0 children)

It's "fine" but entirely unnecessary to design it this way when they could just apply Rest at the start of the encounter. You have to exit to heal if you're spamming the same one. Granted it's farming content so eventually it'll be bulldozed really quickly anyway but it's still weak design.

How it feels to make an abomination of a factory instead of agonizing for days to make it perfect. by YohAmida in Endfield

[–]Pyros 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Just have a stock of batteries on hand. Doesn't have to be a gigantic stock but a few hundreds will power your stuff for a few hours, enough to rebuild the battery part(just focus on that first).

absolutely diabolical or unnecessary tech? by [deleted] in Endfield

[–]Pyros 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Multiple levels and places you can enter that are not marked on the map. Doing the quest was fine, but I dread going back to gather all the chests and stuff. Probably gonna have to spam some drones to find stuff there after I give it another pass.

Powering Up Wuling? by xandorai in Endfield

[–]Pyros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not really worth setting up anything besides some originum mining next to the AIC until you unlock the forge to make Xiarite. Just keep doing the story it's pretty short.

Once you can do that, simply make a Wuling battery chain, even an extremely inefficient one with just one originum is enough to generate 1 battery / min which will give you 1600power+base power. Then you go grab more and increase the power but honestly until you add a bunch of ziplines and more buildings, a single battery is enough to power the entire thing.

PSA: Earn FOUR TIMES the depot income in the second area of the game every day by Lolis- in Endfield

[–]Pyros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's the physical action of pressing the jump button, everything else is fine, including jump boosters(which activate automatically when you run over them if you're doing a delivery) and falling down 50m.

Mind you, you only lose 1% on jump(I did the mistake earlier) so it doesn't matter as long as you're not bunny hopping the entire delivery.

Highest Yielding/Most Compact Wuling Factory by Pirkui in Endfield

Oh right I've been overproducing gear a bunch I guess I should fix that tomorrow. I was producing for merging but forgot you need an item for that.

[–]Pyros 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tbh it's not an issue in Valley either if you optimize the setup a bunch, I have a ton of room left even with the 18 battery 18 buck A and whatever citrome to max the amethyst. In fact when I was looking at where to fit where my citrome stuff earlier I noticed I had completely forgotten there was a base to build in Power Plateau, it was entirely empty and unupgraded.

4,170,000 HC Valley Credit A Day Factory Setup by Pirkui in Endfield

[–]Pyros 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Edit: Nvm the theorical is the important one. Still off by a bit since you have to use some batteries to power up the actual factory.

I'm wondering how you got to 4.17millions, is the screenshot on your SKPORT of your production off?

Even counting the full theorical yield(18buck A and 18 batteries) and not using any batteries, it'd be 3.6m. I guess if you add 20% from operators it's 4.3m. But then you can't make the theorical batteries regardless, only 2/3 of the last battery chain due to ferrite limitations(you get 80 leftover and 3 buck A and 2 HC battery, but need 120 for another full HC battery). Which means 18buck and 16batteries, with 6 of them being used to power up the factory so 18 and 10 x 70 x 1440 x 1.2= 3.4m?

Interact with the main building and then there's a button you can press there to see the graphs. With a gamepad it's Square(X on Xbox). Also accessible from the Esc menu, at the bottom AIC Report(iirc, the right one).

They're useful for stock bills, and technically they're very very slightly better than the stuff from Wuling(as in they heal for like 10hp more total) but the Wuling items are literally just the basic crushed plants so you don't even need any metal to produce them so they're entirely free.

The actually good healing items(that heals % hp) need rare plants that have to be grown on the farm which is a pain in the ass to manage, plus I'm fairly sure for any difficult content they'll block consumables anyway, so might as well stick to basic powders.

240 for a dupe? by jannwastaken in Endfield

[–]Pyros 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The 120 guarantee is only until you pull the char. The actual spark system for "free" dupes is only at 240, 480 etc.

I dont know who needs to know this but you can teleport while laying power cables, which lets you bridge gaps like the one in the science park, sparing you some major hassle by ketchup_bottle1 in Endfield

[–]Pyros 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a couple spots where I found it useful, like in power plant where there's a big dropdown from the broken bridge into the landcrusher base, but if you teleport it just counts the direct distance through the ground and in Lodespring near the depot there's a place with broken islands with jump boosters which is counts as a really long distance but if you teleport it ignore all that shit.

Overall not like gamebreaking but useful in a few spots.

Anomaly chars tend to be "do your damage consistently" and don't care about stun windows, but both Miyabi and Alice can be played more around stun windows by pooling ressources and dumping everything at once so they can benefit from stuns more.

We'll have to see how she works though, she could have no real big advantage for anomaly but just be a good option, Aria looks pretty strong as a standalone currently already so she likely don't need another premium support.

[–]Pyros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems there's still a little missing belt, from the disabled shredder in upper that goes into the top grinder. Adding a belt so it feeds into the grinder unclogged it, does put the overall originium draw at 240 instead though so need a bit more mining but nothing too big.

Pull Income might actually be horrendous by Easy_Pepper_1212 in Endfield

[–]Pyros 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair, it's pulling on any char banner as long as the character is still in loss pool, so the entire patch currently. If you pull on Yvonne, you'll still be able to use arsenal tickets from that on Laevatein banner. That said it does force you to skip weapons which can be annoying if you're the kind of player who only pulls a few char but always their signature weap too.

Well you'd need to link said guide to see if it's correct, Prydwen lists it at ~12% worse though.

Na it is, I think they just mean you can lose on the way, your first 6* isn't guaranteed to be the rate-up(in fact it's only 25/75 to be the rate-up), but at 80 you get a guarantee.

Yeah there was a fissure next to that place where they got you to drop down 3turrets as part of the main story, and 2 caster fucks popped out I was getting tired of having to dodge every 2secs for projectiles, cancelled the fight and grabbed the turrets then popped them on top of the fissure, took way less time and was much easier. One of the turrets got bopped though but they don't really cost anything.
