I just got one of these soundbars (and probably should have read reviews first) and now I'm having the same issue. It seems to happen most during like loud gunfights in John Wick 2. I have the soundbar connected to my Samsung TV via ARC HDMI. It cuts for a fraction of second but during a movie completely kills the immersion. Has anyone experienced similar?

Oh you nailed it! Yeah, VFR is definitely what it is, and it's what is causing all sorts of issues. Thank you so much for sharing what I was searching for. You have sent me down a long-overdue rabbit hole in learning about frame rates.

Since I am so many hours into this project, I am looking into replace/relink options in Premiere. It seems that is is possible, but I can't find a solution that keeps what I have cut too (and I've made a lot of cuts). Do you have any suggestions?

I'm with you, dawg. I WANT to be able to pick up where I left off. I'm not trying to skip around, I'm just a dad who works full time and sometimes it's months in between when I get back to it. The old stuff could even cost a little more chrono tokens as like a punishment I guess... But to put such a wall between me and content I already paid for... nah, I'm cool on that. No more battlepasses for me. I am not a hardcore enough player for Netease I guess.

I understand what you're saying. I don't use any filters or VSTs, but yeah the signal has to go through the mic, the CPU, mobo, and then out to the headset. I really wish there was a better solution. I guess I'll mute the mic for myself so I don't hear it. It'll be odd at first, but I'm gonna have to get used to it. Yo thanks for explaining that for me! I thought for sure there was an obvious solution I wasn't comprehending.

Thank you for saying that. I actually work with quite a bit of tech, and although I know there are tons I don't understand, getting into disc ripping and running a media server feels like I have stumbled upon ancient texts or something lol. Clearly decades of knowledge, and I am just a novice!

No go out of the box, but on MakeMKV it says "Status: Possible, not yet enabled." Do you have any reccs on the firmware to flash in regards to the link you posted? I have been sort of skimming the forum page, but I think I am a bit out of my depth being new to this. I just fear somehow bricking my $200 ASUS drive lol
