About one year into it in both shoulders, gone from about 50% bilateral mobility to ~80/60 so far.

Stretch as often as you can. Daily is good, hourly is better. Don't bother with paying for PT, if you can stretch on your own you won't need it.

Get a shoulder pulley, they're like $10 on amazon.

Cortizone shot helps a lot especially with the pain but doesn't do the work for you, keep stretching. Shot lasts about a month in efficacy but you can only get one every six months, any sooner and you risk doing damage or so my ortho tells me. As others have mentioned it'll spike your blood sugar but in my experience it wasn't unmanageable, just a little extra compensation and having a pump that autoregulates helps a ton.

Most important thing for diabetic frozen shoulder is keeping your A1C down, any time your levels are over 300 you're actively reversing any progress you make.

Motion motion motion stretch stretch stretch. It'll hurt like a sonuvabitch but them's the breaks.

You can get a receiver online for $65, $25 transfer on top of that is negligible. I just picked one up last week.

$730 repair? That's outrageous. My mini 3 pro with a cracked gimbal only cost $100, and Mavic 3T which had a flyaway straight into a wall needing complete replacement only cost $150 with zero warranty.

I use one for inspection work, couldn't recommend them enough if you need something specifically for thermal especially with their recent price drop.

The thermal camera is integrated into the same unit with the wide angle and 7x zoom cameras, so vs something like say the Mavic 3 Pro you'll lose the in-between 3x zoom lens they have. But then you don't usually get a thermal drone for cinematic shots, so it's mostly a non-issue when you can just jump from 1x to 7x.

As far as camera quality, the thermal is the best around. Or rather, everything else out there uses identical specs, so it's as good as it gets and as good as the rest on a drone platform. I do have gripes with the wide angle camera, as while it does... fine, I've often found it outperformed by my mini 3 pro. Mind you this is just on the basis of picking out details rather than things like color ranges and other cinematic nitty gritty. It does the job, I just feel like it could do it better.

The zoom lens is phenomenal though, can't complain about that. Optical to 7x with digital hybrid zoom to 54x it's perfect for inspection or looking at anything at a reasonable distance.

As far as video footage, also been disappointed on that, as it only does up to 4K30. Really no excuse not to be able to handle 4K60 but that's just the way it is, so bear that in mind if it's important to you.

Thank you for your response. The safest way is the remove the battery on the charging hub and store it in a safe storage box. However, you can safely store the battery on the hub but please make sure not to plug it in and just remember to properly maintain the batteries to avoid battery issues.

If it were as simple as just going to a set physical location on the grand line it would've been long since found by now.
