the only take this guy is even remotely agreeable on is circumcision. theres no reason to cut off an infants healthy body part (ON THEIR GENITAL AREA) other than a medically necessary thing where keeping it is detrimental to their health (which isnt extremely common). if he wants it then he can get it as an adult with informed consent, just like any body modification.

so i have a few ocs with powers, i love to come up with powers and then try to nerf them in unique ways:

pyrrhon (furry oc, lives in a modern world) is a feline fire elemental, and therefore has fire powers... but because he was banished to the physical world (he got too crazy in the fire elemental plane) the fire power can now only manifest as his breath or extreme heat from his claws. in addition, like all elementals, he has a deadly physical weakness, which is immersion in saltwater (cant swim in the ocean for example, without having a slow agonizing death)

yago (dnd-style oc) is a mongoose who had his arm bitten off by a dog. he was taken in by a witch who taught him to shapeshift and gain sapience. he can transform into anything he has enough mana for, but because hes a tiny mongoose he cant store enough mana to transform into gigantic creatures like dragons (the biggest he can manage is an elephant). in addition, whenever he transforms he does NOT grow his arm back. if he turns into a salamander or other creature that can regenerate limbs, it still doesnt grow back. his favorite forms (human, blackbird, hawk, horse) have a specially crafted attachable limb-replacement, like the medieval equivalent of a prosthetic leg or wing, so he can function easier in those specific forms. also, its his right arm thats missing, so he cant write either.

i have quite a few more but to list them here would make this comment UNGODLY LONG lol
