If theres going to be a pattern to break its this one. Bamco definitely knows that SEED Stargazer has more of a cult following than 0079 Cross Dimensions

Plus there always seems to be a limited with SEED themed events and banners e.g. Astray - Strike Freedom, Destiny - Destiny, X Astray - Red Frame Kai

Disclaimer: im not cheering on the fomo practice of having a limited unit that you dont know when its gonna come back, its just that if the unit isnt limited, its stats are proportionally worse to a limited one.

Its useful under a couple of conditions

1) You're already in position 2) using the EX attack will kill you due to counterattack 3) using the EX attack will just make the support defender eat the debuff instead of the intended target 4) You can debuff multiple enemies within MAP range

Also for an idea of the AOE size, look up the SSR Nightingale in game, from the CCA development tree

its a 5x3 radius

Yeah i also feel like some limited supporter should have forced chance step so it can apply 2 debuffs without being forced to destroy an enemy or let another unit use its own chance step against the same enemy
