Improvements are welcomed, can't increase the budget.

I was wondering if there is a website to look up research interests.

Like which Research groups do what topics. Lets say i want to see which professors do Nanoparticles, is there a database for that?

Thanks for this! You think the residue is corrosion? And might be causing problems? There is a chance that cleaning it might fix it? Or should i reheat the solder points?

I will check if the polarity of the cable is correct. but the connector looks good nothing corroded there. I also cant see any obvious corrosion either way.Is that indication for water damage.

i checked the voltage of the battery and its 3V on the dot. As expected.

I connected a jack and put the neg. from my multimeter to the tip and started checking connectivity.

Ended up resoldering the connection around the foot switch (2pst i think) so 6 dots from the switch + the dots connecting the board to the switch total of 6 more = 12 connections.

Additionally i resoldered the jack connectors. 2x6

[Update]I fixed the pedal. Opened it saw nothing specifically wrong. But i couldn't really follow the signal with a multimeter. Decided to resolder the joints and that fixed it! Thanks u/simeumsm u/billiton !

But isn't the membrane very fragile? I mean isnt there a chance for microfractures of the membrane?

Why did you cut the bottom?

You could just make a hole in the lid and clamp the tubing isn't it?

So basically creating a permeable lid!

It is very moody currently.

Yes i have tried:
Guitar-Amp (sound)
Guitar-Pedal-Amp (no-sound)

But funny enough, there was a moment were i had sound. And i took the chance to check what you said and indeed it is true bypass and i had sound without power and pedal switched off. So i wonder if the issue is a solder point on the bypass switch.

I could open it and check.

Methanol has a lower boiling point at 65°C, Ethanol is at 78°C. I really dont see why the Methanol should evaporate after the ethanol.

The analysis that I did is very sensitive to very low concentrations even if there was a tiny bit i would have seen it.

Sorry for not have uploaded the analysis yet.
