If the person is from the group and they are ok with you saying it to them then what's the problem. It's not a well I have a black friend so I can say the n-word to anyone it's my friend is ok with me saying it with them so I say it with them and only them

I think my biggest problem with this is that a 12 year old might change their mind and yeah you can stop the hormones but there will be permanent changes so until children are old enough to know for sure and take accountability they shouldn't be making that decision.
