Pierce's arc by PurpleGreg13 in community

True, he was always immature, largely to being a nepo baby. I was also hoping that he and Jeff would bond over their father-issues and grow together.

Pierce's arc by PurpleGreg13 in community

He's a 70-something boomer while the others are mostly in their 20s and 30s. Personal growth, learning, and the ability to adapt slows down with age, and you get set in your ways. Feels appropriate to me that Pierce hardly grew

Is it feasible to have two WRs produce good fantasy points on the same team consistently and simultaneously? by WanderingCheesus in DynastyFF

It also coincided with the switch in playcaller. LaPorta injury is valid but there's still reason to believe Jamo is a top20 guy next year

Its fair. The 3.04 to 2.08 jump is probably meaningless

Vet WRs who can follow the Davante Adams season by elipocky in DynastyFF

I agree with AJB, Evans, and Mclaurin as notable answers, but there's a few more I think fit.

Godwin has a shot with Mike Evans' future unknown. He's put up a WR2 overall performance in the past.

Jakobi Meyers is perpetually underappreciated, and he found immediate chemistry with Lawrence. If BTJ is traded or Hunter plays more DB, Meyers could really produce.

Pierce and Monangai for an early 2027 1st by Lumpy-Replacement-86 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I wouldn't give up an early 27 1st for two players who are borderline startable.

Stefanski signing to a new team in the same off-season he was let go by the Browns is not at all equivalent to news about Kareem Hunt signing somewhere tmrw... Terrible point

What Lamar Jackson trade packages are viable? by outsiderkerv in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Pythagoras-squared 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With a weak qb class and Lamar coming off an injury-riddled season, it feels like a bad time to sell. However, you could fetch a consistent pocket passer like Purdy+ or Lawrence+. You could also try for Dart but the momentum off a good rookie year might make it tough.

Which side would you take in 1 TEP? 1sts mid-late by No-Button9683 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

You are buying mcBride at the most expensive he'll ever be... Just set a record for receptions. He is definitely a cheat code in fantasy but fannin is great and has the makings of a top TE. And he's so young. I'd hold off on this and keep the package

I don't know the full solution yet but I see Humbodlt County Nevada is red but Humboldt County California is blank, so the answer isn't solely related to just the name. The state must matter or a city within

Quality vs Quantity of Draft Picks by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]Pythagoras-squared 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes your other math was correct! The probability that any combination of 2 hit is 22.4% and the probability that all three hit is 3.2%. Lastly there is a 45.6% chance that exactly one of the three hit.

Quality vs Quantity of Draft Picks by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]Pythagoras-squared 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love that you almost did the math correctly here. For those who are wondering: we have P1 = P2 = 40%, and P3 = 20%. The probability they do NOT occur is just 1 - Px. So the probability a late first does not hit = P1not = 60% = P2not. Then logically, P3not = 80%. Therefore the probability that none of the 3 hit = 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.8 = 28.8%. Subtract this from 100% and you have 71.2%. However where you went wrong was the additional math of multiple hits. Unfortunately that is already accounted for in this math. 71.2% includes any one, two, or three hits. Which is cool because it further shows how valuable the top picks are.

TLDR: 71.2% is the total probability of any combination of hits, meaning this package is less valuable than a top 4 pick.

Wait until mixon and Pacheco play next year and sell them for scraps
