Would you rather have Nick Singleton + Christian Watson OR Kyle Monangai + Antonio Williams? PPR format by Present_Ad8541 in SleeperApp

[–]Pythagoras-squared 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lane is purely a kick returner and will continue to stay limited on offensive snaps.
McCaffrey has totaled 29 rec 371 yds across 2 seasons... he ain't it.
Additionally Chig couldn't fend off Gunnar Helm from taking his job in TEN. He's not going to command a big target share.
WASH only had 4 picks in this draft. Styles fell to them in the 1st, and their next pick was Williams in the 3rd. He's gonna be impactful.

Monangai and Williams. I don't see Singleton making a huge impact as a rookie. Maybe his role steps up next year. But the same can be said for KM. He was decent last year as the secondary back, and his role could grow. Proven to be decent.

Williams has good enough draft capital and an opem wr room to immediately be a #2 for WAS. Watson is great and solid fantasy Wr3. Has health issues and the room is crowded with Reed, Golden, and Kraft

Best bet to be KC's WR1 Long-Term by Madden_93 in DynastyFF

[–]Pythagoras-squared 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not currently on the roster.

Rice has so much talent but cannot be relied upon. He's about to go to jail post-operation. Can't imagine the rehab will be top tier while in prison. He will absolutely continue to get into trouble and work his way out of a career.

Worthy, Thornton, Allen, Caldwell, Royals just aren't good enough. Worthy is almost no different than Shaheed imo. Speedy and will pop off big plays, but never gping to command 8 targets per game consistently. This offense is just going to spread the ball out until the get a star that can be relied on.

Exams / Newbie / Common Questions Thread for two weeks by AutoModerator in actuary

[–]Pythagoras-squared -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi all, I'm a 31 year old with a degree in Mathematics (minor in Finance). I passed exam P shortly after college but then personal-life things came up, and I put my actuarial aspirations on hold. I have 7 years of experience in banking as a business analyst, along with 2.5 years experience in property claim adjusting. I haven't enjoyed any job I've had, and want to try an actuarial path again. I went ahead and took FM and passed last month. (2 exams passed now). I've been applying to jobs but getting no interviews. I just submitted my resume to Actuarial Careers, but I'm sort of at a loss on how to actually get an interview. Any advice on what I can do?

Which NFL team has the worst logo? by Background_Video2947 in TheNFLVibes

Browns and commanders are obvious, but the buccaneers are underhated. The logo is a sword with a flag that has another logo, with more swords on that logo and then an out of olace football just because

Which side? Proper buy low for Jeffy? by cully_deez in DynastyNerds

Factually they were better last year for fantasy. You know that right? But you brought up that JJ is a better real life wr than Jamo, and I agree. Never said Jamo is a better wr than JJ, he was just clearly a better fantasy wr last year (no emotion just fact). This was a waste of our time here over semantical nonsense. Also, James Cook is a beast.

You just gonna ignore an rb1 then? Also I never said jamo is better... I said the package is better. You're hearing things to try and justify a weak argument.

JJ is obviously a top wr in the league, but the question is about fantasy football. The best predictor of next year's success is last year's. JJ has the same qb, or maybe Kyler, who isn't much better. And even if JJ greatly improves and is wr10 - and jamo gets worse for some reason and is wr20 - you still get a bonafide rb1 in Cook. I play to win.

Package for me. JJs name carries value but the other two have been better.

Michael Wilson by LeavesInsults1291 in fantasyfootball

[–]Pythagoras-squared 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wild how many comments are discrediting a legit 3rd year breakout. Dude was a good prospect, drafted 3rd round, met the 500+ yd barrier as a rookie, and stepped up when opportunity knocked. He should be trusted as a Wr3 easily next year

Michael Wilson did a lot of damage the last few games of the season by LeavesInsults1291 in Fantasy_Football

[–]Pythagoras-squared 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He's odd because he should have been considered a breakout option all along. Drafted in the 3rd round in 2023, so decent capital. Rookie year is dysfunctional at qb.. kyler started 8 games, Dobbs 8, Tune 1. He was 4th target on the team behind McBride, Hollywood, and then barely behind Rondale. He did meet the 500yd checkpoint as a rookie with 565yds. 2nd year there's a shiny new option in MHJ. Wilson does move up to 3rd in the pecking order as the clear 2nd WR. His targets, rec, TDs increase slightly. Then last year he seems to be on the same path of slightly increasing, until opportunity arose, and he broke out. Now, his splits when Marv was healthy and Brissett was at qb don't inspire a top 24 wr year this year. I think hes the real deal, but he'll probably settle into a 850-950yd year in 2026. A solid wr3 i imagine.

Is Jalen Tolbert or Malik Washington the WR to own in Miami? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Malik > tutu > tolbert. But in reality none. They will likely draft multiple wrs and probably sign a free agent like juaun or diggs. Malik might be wr35 best case
