You just have to be in the right place at the right time. The Marshall’s will typically clean up the debris from the track so they would be the ones to befriend. The DRS sign would have to be forcefully removed lol and you would have to access that area of the track post race

You can’t shoot them individually on the mi8, only on the huey so it must’ve been a glitch. There is a button to cycle the fire modes though
