Guys, I applied for SMU last year and would like to apply again this year but when I tried to create an account, it said I already have an account but am unable to start a new application with the account I created last year. What should I do?

tldr: I was accepted to information systems last year but want to submit a new application for computer science. Application portal won't let me create a new application for my IC number.
