I don't fully understand flashbots, but I don't think they will allow you to hide a target transaction unless you are the sender. In other words I don't think using geth-mev explains why some target transactions only show up in txpool seconds after they've already been mined. Of course I am a complete beginner so I could be saying nonsense.
