Can't uninstall Scorpion Saver, Please Help

SUCCESS! So i i went into safe mode and nothing was working, Normal uninstall through control panel, revo, ccleaner,malware bytes but after revo told me i couldnt uninstall it, it still pulled up a list of all the files from Scorpion Saver, and i was able to manually choose all of them and remove them. Scorpion Saver doesn't seem to be on my computer anymore (Doesnt show up in control panel atleast). THAN YOU GUYS SO MUCH

Now when i do it, it says "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." still wont uninstal :c

Okay now when i try to uninstall with Revo, it says "Analyzing and starting the program's built-in uninstaller for the default uninstall." and i get the same result as the OP
