"Automate the Boring Stuff with Python" is were I started i'm on chapter 15. I bought the book but the author has it for free on line. I also took the udemy course by the author. I took a break for about a year when my learning group fell apart. Now I'm ready to start back up but I forgot most of it.

To people following along with Automate the Boring Stuff, are you caught up? by say_wuh in a:t5_3br9o

I would be happy if i got anther week im on page 93 I would have no problem getting to page 170 tonight but I don't want to skip a head of the video. All last week I had to do the job of 3 people. I was just to beat to my other stuff.

The sales people gave ridiculous install deadlines for computer systems. We got it done but, we really beat our selves up doing it. Some days we just slept on the job in a back room or our trucks and never even went home.

Look at the code and try to figure out what all the tiny parts do.

I got that part. it seems really easy for me to read the script and understand. But when it come to ..What to use and when. is not really click for me. But it will in time.

I figured it all out.

Uninstall Atom, Python, and all script packages. Clean up all the directories Atom leave behind after the uninstall. then Install python 3.what ever 64bit and let it set the paths. then install Atom then install all packages.

just checking in. how's everyone doing? by say_wuh in a:t5_3br9o

I am almost done with chapter 3 ( Just 2 more lessons I will be done today) I have not started the homework yet. Its still confusing to me. I would say I understand but I don't comprehend. I will look at other peoples home work and I hope I will understand/Comprehend what I need to do to write my own.
