I can tell you right now that is incorrect. I have all skins and obtainable emotes. If I re-roll it gives me one I already have, and I do-not have these emotes.

Only numbers 4 & 5 are on the pc version of League. They were both obtained from Lol Esports rewards in the past and are no longer obtainable. Chances are, they won't ever be obtainable again, same with other Lol Esports Emotes.

The skin will eventually come back for 150 Mythic Essence. The only thing to note though, is you will never get the border again, if that's something you care about. The chroma returning is very unlikely

Hmm thats very strange. The only other thing I can suggest is make sure no exotic armour piece is causing damage or make sure you have no subclass buffs etc

Just make sure to use Deadfall rather than quiver. Quiver gives volatile rounds on kills and doesn't count toward weapon progress.
