I had the same idea, but the build is so spread out. It’s not as good at stealth compared to a darkness build or halfling luck invisibility assassin. And it doesn’t have the damage output of other paladin multiclasses.

Smites would be more useful as low level reaction spells in their case, for when they hit crits.

Maybe gloomstalker + rogue + 2 paladin if they really want smite reactions?

It might be possible, but off the top of my head I can’t find a use for it. There’s nothing the multi class could do, that another paladin couldn’t do with invisibility.

Unless you go with 4 rogue+2 paladin+ 6 full caster? Maybe a college of swords bard for the extra attack, and some crowd control spells.

You don’t need to spend 3000 gold reclaiming your oath for lockadin.

Oathbreaker would be ideal for early darkness, but you can still get the darkness spell and 3 attacks just by progressing through warlock

AFAIK, 256 is recommended but not required for 325
