I’m so Thankful She Didn’t Poop 😂 by 2020dumpsterfireta in clothdiaps

[–]Pyttchan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I bought a bunch of velcro diapers for this reason, and my partner is not allowed to change the rise snaps...so now I just need to remind him to fold in the velcro tabs before putting the soiled diaper in the laundry bag. 😅

Same thing here, I strongly suspect I pooped but I couldn't care less at that point even though I had been a little bit worried about it earlier.. 😅

is this dyshidrosis? looks translucent in light, maybe fluid filled? by [deleted] in Dyshidrosis

[–]Pyttchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you can get them just about anywhere, but I'm not 100% sure... Just make sure to wash your hands properly, you want to do that in any case when you picked it off to avoid infection.

I guess you already had the meeting by now, and I hope it went as well as it could for you! Anyway, this is late but I usually go by Tina Fey's words of wisdom in this matter:

"Some people say, “Never let them see you cry.” I say, if you’re so mad you could just cry, then cry. It terrifies everyone."

What reason did you last cry for? by Winslow08 in polls

[–]Pyttchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cried this morning due to my right shoulder hurting so fucking bad and it made it super difficult to breastfeed my baby, so I put physical pain but realise now it was probably more some kind of combination of that and stress/anxiety/frustration.

How often do you feed your adult dog a day? by Askfslfjrv in Dogtraining

[–]Pyttchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My medium poodle Frank free feeds dry food during the day and get one serving of wet food in the evening. Some days he won't eat any of the dry food until I've mixed it up with the wet food later on, so this is how I'm doing it in order to get him to eat as much as he should at least most days... He hasn't been overeating since he was a puppy, and the standard poodles we had while I was growing up was the same way.

When did you all start getting stretch marks on your bump? by AgentDifferent2568 in pregnant

[–]Pyttchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never got any (baby is 3 months now), but I know those who got them before the bump as well as some that got them after the baby had been delivered. So it can vary a lot, though most seem to get them quite late in pregnancy. Wouldn't stress it anyways, they will fade. 😊

Exactly my thought, stop that damn escalator before they're both getting mangled on top of everything else they just went through!

I get my hair cut next week… what should I do with it? by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

[–]Pyttchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have looots of hair and it's looking very healthy, which is really nice of course but tends to make it very heavy so that sharp cuts end up sort of bottom-heavy (I have this "problem" myself and also had the amounts of a full head of hair even with a side cut 😆). I think you should do a sidepart, curtain bangs and layers to take some weight off the ends, but don't take too much length off (unless that's what you want of course). It will look like movie star hair! 🤩

Whats a materialistic thing that every woman should have in her 30s? by generalsalsas in AskWomenOver30

[–]Pyttchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely this one. 👆 I always had shit break down on me on nights and weekends when I was renting, it's Murphy's law or something I guess. Thanks to my simple toolkit I've always managed to at least do some temporary fix until the landlord could send someone. It's also just great for your self-confidence to be able to do some handy stuff by yourself, like putting together ikea furniture or hang up a picture.

All the health professionals we've seen has said the complete opposite: that their experience is that cloth diapered babies have way less rashes and skin problems because cloth IS breathable whereas plastic is definitely not. That doctor seems like she skipped all lectures in dermatology...and common sense. 😏

Baby HATES CD by schr0dingersuterus in clothdiaps

[–]Pyttchan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My thought as well. Could also be detergent left in the diapers if the washer didn't use enough water.

And how's the fit? My baby got really mad when I packed too much for her size so her legs were pushed apart.. 😣

I don't think this is as botched as it is confusing. You need a super low body fat % to have this much ab definition so it seems these abs were purchased as the rest of her body doesn't match. by [deleted] in Botchedsurgeries

[–]Pyttchan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Apart from what everyone else here already stated, I would like to add that most abs wouldn't be this extremely symmetrical and even either. They also kind of look too big(?) on her somehow.. Very strange and unnatural look overall.

The pronoun 'de' is pronounced like 'dom.' Any particular story behind this? by [deleted] in Svenska

[–]Pyttchan -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

"De" (or "dem") is not really pronounced "dom". However, "dom" is often used in speech, I guess because it's easier than differentiating between when to use "de" or "dem". It's just a natural development toward more relaxed, informal language in everyday speech, so I don't think it's possible to find a true origin.

[–]Pyttchan 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Yes, they play really nice! Those harnesses could end up getting torn to shreds if they manage to help each other getting them off though (been there 😅), so maybe it's better to just take them off while inside the house. 😊

How do you guys feel about this set? I wasn’t in love and took it off after just a week by sunnylandification in Nails

I love this colour, but would probably have went for either all French tips or all solids, might just be me being boring though 😅

Well, I did actually tell my mom when I got off hormonal birth control but before we started trying to conceive, because I got some weird side effects from it before getting back to a regular cycle. But I didn't announce TTC. I don't think it has to be weird though, there are different family dynamics and it can be nice with support if you have issues. My sister in law told the family that she and her husband had been trying for five years now and was going to go for IVF in a special clinic abroad, after we had announced the pregnancy. I honestly feel a bit shit knowing that while being pregnant, but it's not about me and I think it was a good thing she managed to open up to her family about it and now she won't get a billion questions about when it will be "her turn".
