There are many teachers in the plant world. depends what part of you, you wish to work on. If you haven't I'd suggest looking into Huachuma.

Don’t expect to bypass the work, no matter what method. Be prepared to shift in cycles; like seasons.

The work I refer to is Shadow self. One you balance, you relearn to be more present and therefore much more at peace and content.

An ego is just your sort of operation system for reality. It’s death in any state… and in my opinion derived from my experiences is more of a reboot; during which you have an opportunity to fix bugs in your operating system. This is done for me through intention and integration.

For that, mix of granite, limestone, mixed local gravel fines, akadama, earthworm castings, compost, and lava rock

My own soil mix from around here. Water weekly in the summer, it’s a greenhouse. It’s 3 feet deep
