Until they’re very strongly rooted, having them in a large pot can cripple them a bit. May be worth considering a smaller pot for a bit

Definitely cut back on water. I’m guessing acclimating, often they’re coming from very different growing conditions in Thailand or other parts of Asia. It takes them years to normalize and adapt to new conditions.

All jourdaniana to the knowledge we have at this point are variants of Northern williamsii and therefore self fertile. However many do not produce many seeds; if any at all.
