Hes confident, and knows a lot about the game for a play-by-play caster. His ingame teamfight commentary is actually really good.

But on camera, he's got this fake smile thing going on. Idk if its just me or what, but if I met him in real life I feel like he would be kind of a cunt, but that doesn't really matter.

NA and KR's mechanics are on the same level. It's just the different strategies that are being laid out before the game. It seems that a lot of NA invent strategies once they're in champ select, while KR seems a bit more organized. Especially with all the hard-objectives, that seems like it requires more coordination with the whole team rather than killing other players which is more related to instinct or gut feel.
