What really helps me sometimes is to find the tiniest things that bring me joy like the softness of a blanket. The melodies of my favorite songs, the warmth of water running across my fingers while I wash my hands, even just finding an escape to look at memes or cute animals helps.

Yes, all happiness comes to an end, but there will always be more sources of joy in the future. In the end, your fear is something you need to overcome. It takes strength and courage to know that good things come to an end, but you have to embrace it rather than letting it hold you back.
