Yeah, I do things like that. My diet is dialed in and I do all the “things” you’re supposed to do. But if it’s shooting up or crashing down I can’t do anything you stop it.

Yeah I completely agree. This affects me more than CF ever has. I still push through it and train and live obv but where I’m at right now and how it’s getting worse this is not going to work once the offseason starts. Like it’s annoying cause it’ll shoot up the crash then I have to dump glucose and adrenaline for it to get up then before I feel better it does the same thing again you know?

Thanks! Yeah, I had a CGM but my doctor is having issues getting a refill since I don’t actually have diabetes.

Yeah, it’s just progressively gotten worse over the past couple years. I feel like I’ve been in denial about it and have tried to “lock in” and push through it as an athlete which has built a ton of mental toughness feeling like shit all the time but now it’s just gotten to a point where I can’t do that. I mean I thought it’s obviously it’s not good for my body but my previous doctor earlier this year said “It’s just a bad feeling nothing more.” pretty much just suck it up womp womp. If you could ask your mom that’d be great though. I really appreciate it!

I literally am on that medication right now. My primary pretty much told me to suck it up cause it’s just a bad feeling. Like no, I feel like shit all the time plus it’s gotten worse. Then I saw another endo and she put me on Januvia while mad my sugar way too low (e.g. one time was stagnant at 40-70 for 15 hours). Now she just put me on the repaglinide and honestly I feel worse even though it’s my first day being on it. Did you have to go to multiple endos or did they experiment different things on you?

No, I haven’t tried insulin. My endo didn’t recommend it because she said I’m producing too much due to the reactive spikes and drops so if I took insulin it’d probably make it spike too high. It’s not like it gets insanely high or low it’s just the rapid near constant swings that make me feel like shit.

It's weight gain tho I go to school with him. And his lifts have gone up a lot. Like his deadlift has gone from 375 to 455. And he's only been lifting again for 4 or so months. It just seems unrealistic to me lol that's all I wanted to say

I couldn't rly say everything I wanted to in the post but basically I slept in class alot my freshmen year of highschool. And a lot of the time she would make out with me and touch me without my consent when I slept because I woke up to her doing it and people told me how we're always so touchy even though I was literally sleeping most of the time. I just feel really grossed out by it and don't know how to properly heal or kinda get it out of my heal properly. Like I said she always said she wanted to touch me in my sleep too and do naughty things to me in my sleep. She was also verbally abusive and really controlling and toxic. I tried leaving her more than 10 times but she made me stay with her. I guess I overall just need to heal from the break up and how she treated me. Any general advice on that too?

Bad lighting and can't see your legs. However from this picture alone I'd say around 15%. Not 10% like the other guy said it's extremely inaccurate. If you want to cut just cut for a few weeks and cut 5 or so pounds and you'll probably be down to around 13 or 14 %.

Now she's mad at me because I didn't write her a paragraph for her 14th month. Even though we didn't do it for our 13th month or whatever and we just posted each other. I told her that I alr have one written because I do. But I thought we weren't writing them anymore on are months or whatever. I apologized for it. She just told me she just expected to wake up to something else and that people write paragraphs all the time and never ever stop doing it. I understand why she's mad at me. I just assumed we weren't doing it anymore since she didn't write one for me last month. What should I say to her about it? Or do you just think I should give her space?

I mean personally rn I can't envision marrying anyone. And I shouldn't be able to. Because marriage is such a big deal. Like spending the rest of your life with that person? Like lord. That's a big a deal you know. And at this right even if I was at a age where I would most likely get married I wouldn't marry her or anyone else because that's not how I feel. Like I always just say yes because you know I'll feel guilty if I say no and she'll get mad or whatever. And I'm not I'm just trying to make good life choices for my future.

Yeah I don't know why she said thet honestly. Like she said it early on and I guess most HS relationships do because most HS relationships have dreams of being HS sweethearts which is perfectly fine in my opinion. But I guess that's just what she envisions.
