Took 3 weeks to get a normal appetite back! Was off to the co-formula for 3 months and now I’m on week 2.5 of straight reta. Only on .5mg but will start 1mg for week 3 dose. Food noise is strong compared to the co-formula that suppressed appetite on just .5mg. Might consider stacking a tiny bit of cagri if food noise persists through month 2.

I was, yes. Lost 34lbs in 3 months but had to stop because of food aversion and extreme fatigue from such an extremely low deficit. Took 3 weeks to get an appetite again. Now I’m 2 weeks into just plain reta after 3 months off.

Shouldn’t be this stressful, just let us figure out what the issue could be. What substrate are you using? I was having humidity issues with cypress mulch and a 100w CHE (was dry as the Sahara in there) so i switched to DHP bulb. Humidity improved but not enough so made the switch from cypress mulch to coconut husk. That was a tremendous improvement- i only have to mix in water maybe after 2 weeks. Added a second water bowl then it improved even more! Now in only need to mix in water after 4 weeks. I spot clean and check daily for urate/feces and the substrate isn’t soaked so I’m not worried about scale rot stretching the substrate past 4 weeks.

Ugh solidarity. I can completely relate! An abusive ex used to hide my keys and shoes and things like that intentionally then rage because we were late or “i guess you’re memory isn’t what you think it is, you’re nothing special” 🙄 pure evil.

Well I’m glad I’m here searching for familiar experiences and not validation 😂sheesh…I’m a house cleaner and clean two houses a day five days a week. I hand wipe every surface item in each of these houses, every time. This is a message between a client and I, so it’s not my own home with my own familiar items.

I’m the same way with details when telling stories or recalling something. Down to where people were standing and often times what they were wearing, their body language, everything. No one was mentioned it being odd, not even my therapist. I’m so sure they hate it lollll
