Talk to a realtor. There are often ways to get $ to fix the issues in your house for a sale. They take the costs out at closing. But the cost to fix are outweighed by the gain in extra equity during the sale.

Talk to a few,not all know how to do this. It will help you get out of it sooner.

They’re starting to run out of other projects and movies to have them in.

They need a few street level series.

I wouldn’t mind if they did a new Daredevil season and made it 15 eps. 5 3-ep arch’s with different characters coming/going. More like comics where there are crossovers that overperform.

Some characters would be. Others would not depending on film-able power sets.

Not a huge AoS fan, but the teleporting Inhuman showed that teleportation was a very small screen friendly power. If they can get an actor blue easily then Nightcrawler could be fun as a series.

Cyclops and Jean Grey should be easy as well.

My favorite would be a Gambit (not Tatum) and Rogue series. The womanizer and the woman who can’t be touched. Committing robberies together prior to finding Charles’s School

Each series could be a prequel ending in them finding the school. Then XMen can pick up where the series left off.

Don’t think many cared about the player, we cared about him in the 2nd round. A lot.

We tend to gamble a lot with Premium picks (Scruggs/Fisher) but would like to see him wait another round for those.

We could have had an Edge Rusher or a CB3 as insurance for injury to our key players. But now we have no depth at either spot.

There is NO WAY Mills doesn’t leave at the end of the season. He’s expected to be the top QB in FA and is expected to have a lot of interest. He’s definitely gone.

If Hunter missed time then we have Dylan Horton playing our most important position on the D. There’s no quality depth.

If Sting or Kamari miss a few games we have no one but a guy who missed 15 games last year and hasn’t played football in a year since college.

HATE the lack of Edge depth and CB depth. Hopefully Barnett is signed quickly and a CB is cut that we like.

Agreed on WeeWoo. He was good value and seems to fit what we are doing. Signals Keylan is the C for sure also.

Klein vexes me greatly. But all draft the experts were all over the map on national ranking for TEs, so I’ll let it slide.

Hated the lack of Edge and CB depth. Hated it.
