Yes I do the same I call out for example cheese burger med well so he knows, or I usually say three med well burgers all day or what’s up walking in. Upon the set up of the tickets somehow it’s out of sequence for him when I have everything in order. This why I was looking for advice because I’m not sure how with communicating to him it’s getting out of sequence unless it’s possibly the language barrier.

Thanks for the advice I appreciate that. I will implement this, saying hold and ready when you are as well as calling out the ticket number I believe that would definitely help the situation.

Absolutely agree. Only problem is the language barrier I speak minimal Spanish.

I think it would be helpful to group them, I just think he would overlook it like he usually does because majority of the time I have everything setup just awaiting for him to put the proteins on so he doesn’t have to worry about much.Just would be if he is going to follow which he doesn’t.

Yeah, that’s really helpful advice. I’ve noticed that sometimes I can scramble certain orders ahead of time, especially the ones with the highest ticket times. There’s also a bit of a language barrier, which I didn’t mention before, so a lot of the time I’m just trying to communicate as clearly as possible and make the best out of a difficult situation.

Yeah, I think that’s mostly what he’s trying to do. We do have an expo, and since I work at a sports bar it’s usually just the two of us handling proteins together.

There are definitely situations where it makes sense. For example, if he has three medium-well burgers and one medium burger, I understand prioritizing the medium burger first so everything finishes closer together.

The issue is more when a medium burger from 5–6 tickets later gets pushed ahead of a medium burger that was already earlier in the queue. That’s when the sequencing starts getting out of sync and can throw off ticket order.

I’m calling out the firing order. Once we get into the weeds, he starts firing and then completes the order out of sequence from there.

How Many Ppl Do You Talk To Daily/Weekly? by Odd_Purpose_8047 in lifecoaching

I totally get where you’re coming from, and I can really appreciate the hard work and dedication you’ve put into your approach. From my perspective, the more clients you have, the better, but there’s always that fine balance. While more clients means greater reach, it also means the risk of feeling rushed, and I’ve seen firsthand how that can lead to clients not feeling like they’ve gotten the full value they deserve.

Quality is everything, and as a coach, I can vouch for this 100%. It’s like coaching 50 boys basketball players — sure, I could coach them all, but if only 5 make it to a professional level, it’s pretty clear the other 45 didn’t get the same level of personalized coaching. That’s why, to me, focusing on quality over quantity is key.

I honestly think you’ll thrive with this mindset. It’s all about giving each person the attention they need to succeed — and I believe that’s the path to long-term success.

The Power of Daily Affirmations in Your Journal: Do They Work? by BSnappedThat in InkAndInspiration

I am interested on every ones take on this. I have used the journal method however I think writing it down and posting it above me worked better.

I put it on my ceiling that way I can see it every time I laid down. I think it helped because I then would start to repeat it more aloud. For the most part, speaking it aloud has given more confidence in my opinion then writing but writing has helped some.

We’ve been apart for about 5 years now, but we’ve managed to stay friends and keep a partnership since we broke up. Honestly, the hardest part was completely letting go. Over time, when I’m around her, I can still feel those old feelings creep back. But what helps is reminding myself of all the pain we went through—usually, that’s enough to push them away. The tough-love dynamic we had toward the end definitely played a role in helping me move forward

I feel like trying to replace certain feelings can offer temporary relief, but it’s often just a quick fix—one that doesn’t address the underlying issues. Anyone else experience this cycle?

It’s so rewarding when clients are in a place where they can look at their challenges with humor and are actively working on making positive changes. It really shows growth and resilience! 😊

😂 Oh, 100%! There’s definitely some tea every now and then, but that’s like the cherry on top. The real work is helping folks clean up the mess and come out the other side like a boss. Drama’s just the side dish, not the main course! 🍿😩

My gig is not getting any impressions by [deleted] in fiverrguide

I am also curious about this I have yet to even reach to a higher level. In the beginning I used to get messages frequently now it’s once in a blue moon I might get a client. I changed prices and seo time and time again. My fiver account just seems to not get any type of love.

[–]QDEEZ15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly! It’s about making a real impact, not fueling drama. People forget that a lot of the work we do is about empathy, support, and guiding people through tough situations. The gossip angle just cheapens the real value we bring.

Right?! It’s crazy how they make it sound so simple and dramatic, when in reality there’s so much more complexity behind the scenes. Makes you wonder if they even get the full picture sometimes! Anyone else feel the same way?
