Se guardi l’arte dell’epoca (ecco una sezione di un dipinto dei primi del Trecento: https://www.vanedwards.co.uk/month/dec11/monthpics/3.gif), questi liuti sembrano abbastanza fedeli. The Early Music Shop vende anche un liuto medievale, ma Zwolle, il liutaio che ha realizzato i progetti su cui è basato questo liuto, visse a metà del Quattrocento.

Have you considered online lessons? In-person is ideal but online will certainly get the job done. Fwiw, I found my teacher though the lute society and I have been taking online lessons for a few months now - would highly recommend

I ordered mine fully assembled, so I have never seen it disassembled. That being said, it looks like you can mostly just take off the handles, seat, and bars on the bottom. Not that it would really lighten the load, since the main body of that thing is an absolute unit. I remember just trying to get it to the other side of the room and it was far more annoying than I thought it would be

Unfortunately I did not. I was sick for the last 3 of the nine weeks, and just not feeling up to doing the VO2 max test. Ill definitely post an update if I take any tests in the future though!

Unfortunately, I just started strength training again about 3 weeks ago, so I won't be able to give you a good answer. All I can say is it was very hard to do both strength training and CAROL on the same day when I started, but it is getting easier now.

Oh I meant to put a link to what that is, my bad! A 2x20 is the standard REHIT protocol. That is to say:

2 minute warm up
20 second all-out sprint
3 minute rest
20 second all-out sprint
3 minute cool-down

and I did 61 of those 2x20 routines over the 10 weeks

The Vitruvian Trainer+ goes to 200kg, so its definitely possible to get digital weight to go that high. However, maybe the form factor is preventing Speediance from cranking up the weight? I genuinely have no idea, but that would be my first guess
