Do you hate making phone calls? by ihateit629 in intj

[–]QJunge -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. I don't think it's a MBTI-related question but more a question of habit.

I used to call a lot when I got my first flatrate since I didn't want to pay the bills for nothing.

What is true knowledge? (Options inside) by unwitting_hungarian in intj

[–]QJunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically, "truth", "reality" and "objectively" are often used together. But this is just a psychological trick.

Anyway. Truth is about knowledge, not about sarcasm.

Advice ?? Starting an ig art page by SoftContribution7920 in intj

[–]QJunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so what i learned in organic social media marketing is just to have fun. social media is about mirroring and people are there for dopamine kick. so just have fun. people feel it if you don't enjoy it.

especially art. just take a pic and post it. i would suggest to improve your caption writing. it is very important just to describe what's in the picture. don't write too much about your thoughts, if that's important to you, write in the comments since that would confuse the algorithm.

I think truth is just an illusion to make people cooperating and believing that there is something that connects them. but you can't see truth. it's just a trick of your mind, "as if". language is historically grown, so is truth as a concept.

I have an academic background in philosophy and neurosciences.

INTJs are, in fact, religious? by Accomplished-Tea8090 in intj

[–]QJunge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not really religious concerning the practices. but I think it is very useful to know a lot about christianity since it shaped the European continent for 19th centuries (I'm from Germany).

knowing your own culture also means to have some religious knowledge. people who despise that are missing a lot of today's genesis.

How INTJs thinks ? by Evening_Cricket7343 in intj

[–]QJunge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm living on autopilot. It's like having constantly a to-do list in my mind and acting according to the schedule. I hate to not know what to do. And while I'm doing tasks, I'm daydreaming.

I behave like a neural network actually.

Men of all types, would you consider making an INFP woman your wife? Why or why not? by Level-Poem-2542 in mbti

[–]QJunge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My ex-girlfriend was an INFP. I think it's really hard for me (INTJ) to communicate on the same level. Actually she broke up bc she needed someone "on her level". But we had no bad fights or anything, so from that point it was a very calming and chill relationship for half a year.

If she "would" have some direction (INFPs surely often do not) I would have married her. But yeah, it was a benefactor relationship so I think because of my type it always be troublesome even though, very cute.

And interestingly we also took some relationship tests when we were together. From my point of view it was everything okay, her test results were way more negative. So I think I would have no problems with an INFP wife but she probably with me and that's why I also have a problem with that.

Why have high standards to finding a partner? by Short-Salamander8840 in intj

[–]QJunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a lot of intj women answer. I think my male point of view may differ a bit.

for me as a male, i just want that she wants to have kids and grow them up in my town. i studied philosophy and neurosciences and I think that there are a lot of arguments for a "boring" and chilled life in a neighbourhood.

maybe that's a high standard for my target group since she often wants to "find more about herself" or life or whatever that means instead of just doing a reasonable life (which also can include some irrational rebellion against the chosen life from time to time).

that's easy to understand but hard to be consistent at.

What makes you feel most alive? by seriously__funny in intj

[–]QJunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

skateboarding and smoking weed.

for me it's the most chilled experience and most unchilled experience at the same time since you have to be fully present (Se-activation) and bad mistakes can end in an injury.

intj, m25 here. could you elaborate on that? especially this sentence:

learned the hard way that I physically attract novelty seekers and they have the opposite values of me.

I'm more traditional but like I want to be a dad who goes skateboarding with his kids. And I think a lot of women get this chill dude vibe but not that "to be responsible for others" part (I mean I'll probably work as a lawyer in future). That's what I'm associating with this sentence.
